It was an excellent experience during my stay. Check in was very smooth, location is perfect everything is near by even the staff is too friendly, breakfast was delicious and fresh 😊

I use this hotel when I visit my daughter's family, approximately 2 miles north off of Lake Street, so the location is ideal. It is also close to shopping restaurants, gas stations and can be accessed from two exits (Half Day or Townline) with relative ease. I would also add that the hotel management (Mr and Mrs Patel) have been exceptionally welcoming from the very first time that I stayed at their property 3 years ago.

Location is great, resturants, malls are nearby. Metra station within 4-5 miles. Breakfast is simple and good. Rooms are big, lots of power outlets. Clean toilets, lots of towels. Comfortable beds.

The staff is exceptional, from Front Desk to Housekeeping. Good lighting and temperature comfort controls. Large refrigerator and convenience of guest laundry facilities
